After quitting TDP several years ago, veteran Telangana leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy joined BJP and is now one of the senior leaders in the saffron brigade in Telengana.

But, Nagam’s sudden visit to Telangana TDP Legislators’ party office and his interaction with the T-TDP leaders during the first day of Telangana assembly sessions yesterday has created a huge stir in political circles.

However, Nagam didn’t give any rise to speculations about his meeting with the TDP leaders as he only went to the TDP office to seek their help in countering CM KCR during the ongoing assembly sessions.

Apparently, Nagam and Telangana BJP leaders planned to take on KCR starting from the first day of Telangana assembly sessions itself. But KCR’s masterstroke in extending his complete support to Modi’s demonetization move, left Nagam and other BJP leaders clueless, promoting Nagam to seek the help of TDP’s Revanth Reddy, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and Ravula Chandrasekhara Reddy in cornering KCR.
